It is an international company creating high quality fragrance compositions. It was founded in 1911 by Dr. Bruno Stropa. The company has branches in 43 countries around the world, including France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, USA, Brazil, China and Australia. Production centers are located in Germany, USA and Brazil. Different Kinds of Perfumes in the Market

Eau De Cologne (EDC)

Building a distribution team/network is nothing more than encouraging new people to join the FM Group to take advantage of the low distributor prices of products for themselves or to do exactly what you are doing – sell FM products for a profit. To reward you for sponsoring new members, not only will you continue to enjoy earning profits and bonuses from your personal sales but you will also enjoy new benefits. When you build an effective sales team/network, your profits will increase. In addition to the money from your personal sales, you will also earn additional bonus payments for what is sold by your entire team – all the people that you and your direct downlines introduced to the FM Group. FM Group uses a point system in earning profits. Every bottle of perfume that you and your team sell entitles you to a certain number of points depending on the kind of perfume you buy.

Every point is worth 17.40.

This is the constant multiplier provided for our country in computing for the monthly bonus. Since we have different distributors in over 60 countries worldwide, we must have a constant multiplier that will account for the difference in monetary values around the world.

Getting Your Achievement Level

Every month, the points collected by you and your team are added up to compute for your additional monthly bonus. The first thing to know is your Achievement Level for the month. The levels are depending on the amount of points you and your team collected. You can use the table below to know your achievement level.

The table above provides the information necessary for the Magnolia Program. The First Column is the classification or the title given to the person who acquired the achievement level. The Second Column is the Achievement Level in percentage. The Third Column is the Group Volume in points needed to be achieved by you and your team to attain the Achievement Level. The Fourth Column is the number of bottles that must be purchased to gain the volume points. The Last Column is the Average Commission per month that a person gains in addition to his direct sale profits. **Average Commission does not necessarily means the actual amount of earnings by an individual. It is the average/usual amount of earning that a sponsor with 2-3 legs may gain if he works hard. **

Computing for your Monthly Additional Bonus So what are you going to do with the Achievement Level? Here it is. The next thing to do is to compute for your Monthly Additional Bonus. For easier explanation, let us provide an actual example. In the example provided, you have 5 Downlines or so called Legs. Your first Leg Daniel has a Group Volume Point (GVP) of 150 Points that is way below 300 points so he has a 0% Achievement Level. Sarah has GVP of 900 points and a 3% Achievement Level. Paul has 200 GVP and 0% Achievement Level. Carol has 600 GVP and 3% Achievement level. Lastly, Christie has 250 GVP and 0% Achievement Level. Computing for the Total Group Volume Points: You: 36.72 Points Daniel: 150 Points Sarah: 900 Points Paul: 200 Points Carol: 600 Points Christie: 250 Points Looking at the Table above, you achieved a 6% Achievement Level. Now let us compute the additional bonus gained per person and the total bonus gained. Remember the Equation below. { } Computation Per Downline: For You: 17.40 x 6% x 36.72 = ₱38.33 For Daniel: 17.40 x (6% - 0%) x 150 = ₱156.60 For Sarah: 17.40 x (6% - 3%) x 900 = ₱469.80 For Paul: 17.40 x (6% - 0%) x 200 = ₱208.80 For Carol: 17.40 x (6% - 3%) x 600 = ₱313.20 For Christie: 17.40 x (6% - 0%) x 250 = ₱261.00 The actual computation is provided in the table below. So you can see that you can earn an additional bonus of ₱1,447.73 from your Group Volume. Add it to your earnings from Direct Sales of ₱420.00 to get ₱1,867.73 of the present month’s earning. Remember, to get your monthly bonus, you need at least personal points worth 36.72 which is equivalent to 2 Bottles of Classic Perfume for Men or Women. Your earnings are calculated by a program provided by the company each month (usually every 10th of the month). You can see your earnings online on our website in real-time. This means that the website is updated every time you or your downlines purchase a product here in the Philippines and abroad. The username and password for logging in to the website is provided when you apply as a member of FM Group Fragrance Inc.

The Marketing Plan introduces the Achievement Level System wherein you and your team help each other to gain an achievement level. It also introduces the Difference Multiplier where in you get the difference of you and your direct downlines’ achievement level. We also invite those Distributors who are known as distinguished Sales Leaders or Sponsors. We have prepared numerous privileges and extra financial rewards for these Leaders, including additional payments to the bonus payments received in the First Part of the Marketing Plan. In this program, 8.5% of FM Group World’s point turnover is shared monthly between all the members of the Club plus eligible members also receive a brand new car that depends on their Orchid Club Title. Bonus Earnings of the Exclusive Orchid Club The table above provides the average monthly income of the real members of the Orchid Club in 2009 converted into pesos. Still, the average monthly income of the orchid club members today is almost the same. The Second Column provides the necessary requirement to achieve the corresponding Orchid Club Member Title. Remember, your points reset per month so you may receive a different achievement level/title every month according to your Group Volume Points (GVP). Still, the necessary maintenance of 2 Bottles per month is required to get your monthly income. **Computation of the Bonus Earnings for the Exclusive Orchid Club is included in the Marketing Plan Catalogue provided when you become a member. **
